Every vacation rental turnover includes professional cleaning and a detailed property check. I don't just clean; I actively protect your investment. I notice the minor details that others miss, ensuring your South Lake Tahoe home is always guest-ready, beautifully presented, and meticulously maintained.

I systematically inspect for leaks, slow drains, burned-out bulbs, guest damage, loose hardware, and appliance issues. If I can safely resolve a small task during my visit, I will do it immediately to save you time and future expensive repairs.

After every single visit, you will receive a comprehensive report with photo documentation.

Services include professional turnovers, property checks, inventory tracking, damage documentation, restocking, and small maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, clearing drains, and troubleshooting electronics.

We also offer vacant home checks and dedicated second-home care to keep your mountain escape safe and pristine year-round.
