Services

What's included in a standard turnover?

Every turnover includes a thorough cleaning, guest-ready presentation, photo/video documentation, and a property check. Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, garages and commonly used areas are cleaned and inspected. If I notice something that needs your attention, I'll let you know.

What is a Property Check?

Every cleaning includes a visual inspection of your property. I look for things such as leaks, burned-out light bulbs, slow drains, guest damage, missing supplies, loose hardware, appliance concerns, and other issues that could affect your next guest or become a larger problem.

Property Support Visits

Sometimes you just need someone local you trust to take a look. Clean Clean offers property support visits for owners who need an extra set of eyes during a guest stay or while they are away. Whether it's checking on a reported issue, confirming the condition of the property, meeting a vendor, or providing photos and updates, I'll assess the situation and communicate clearly so you can make informed decisions from wherever you are.

Can you handle small repairs?

Yes. I can often take care of simple items such as replacing light bulbs, tightening loose hardware, replacing batteries, clearing hair from slow drains, and basic troubleshooting. If a repair requires a licensed professional, I'll document it and notify you promptly.

Do you restock supplies?

Yes. I can monitor and restock commonly used guest supplies such as paper products, soap, coffee, and other essentials by prior arrangement.


Do you provide snow removal?

No. Clean Clean does not provide snow removal, shoveling, plowing, or roof snow removal services. My focus is property care, cleaning, documentation, and helping owners maintain their homes and vacation rentals.


What happens during a snowstorm?

Clean Clean operates year-round, but safety comes first. During severe winter weather, services may need to be adjusted if roads, travel conditions, or property access are unsafe.
Because snow removal, shoveling, and plowing services are not provided, if a property requires snow removal before access is possible, arrangements must be made with a snow service provider.

I will communicate with owners regarding any weather-related concerns and reschedule services when conditions allow.

Owners

Do I need to be present?

No. Many owners live out of town. Once access has been arranged, I can complete the turnover, send photos/videos, and provide a summary after each visit.

Will I receive photos and videos?

Yes. Photo and video documentation are available after every service so you have a clear picture of your property's condition, how it was left after each guest stay, and how it is prepared for your next guests. I document completed work, guest-ready presentation, and anything that may require your attention.

Can you check on my property while it's vacant?

Absolutely. I offer second-home and vacant-property visits that include visual inspections for leaks, storm damage, pest activity, security concerns, and other issues that deserve attention.

Scheduling

How much notice do you need?

Advance scheduling is always appreciated, but I'll do my best to accommodate last-minute turnovers when my schedule allows.

Do you work weekends?

Yes. Vacation rentals don't stop on weekends, and neither do I.


Flexible Scheduling

CleanClean provides reliable daytime service with standard availability from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Because every property and turnover schedule is unique, I offer flexible arrival times when needed. Early morning or evening service may be available by arrangement.

Every property is unique. The prices below are intended as a general guide. Final pricing is based on the size of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition, travel, and any additional services requested. Every property receives a personalized quote before work begins.

    Hot Tub Care

    Visual hot tub checks, basic water chemistry testing, adding chemicals when needed, cleaning the surrounding area, and reporting concerns with photo/video documentation.

    Repairs and specialized hot tub maintenance are not included.

    Trash & Recycling Support

    Includes moving trash and recycling containers to and from the street on pickup days, checking for overflow or improper disposal, documenting concerns with photos, and communicating with the owner or property manager if additional service is needed.
